Hansell Mitzel Homes was formed over a decade ago by Jeff Hansell & Dan Mitzel, 2 housing veterans with a common goal: build high quality homes with an attention to detail, budget and schedule. Jeff and Dan have each been building homes for over 30 years throughout Western and Central Washington.
HMH was one of the 1st homebuilders to set up shop in Suncadia, and have been actively building in Suncadia and Tumble Creek ever since.
Our philosophy is to work closely with our customer and design team to get the home built “On Time, On Budget and Without Surprises”. HMH has it’s production office right in the heart of Suncadia, next to the Prospector Driving Range, while all accounting functions are handled in the Mount Vernon office.
